Volunteer

We are so thankful for your interest in working together helping teens and families.  There are limited opportunities for working directly with clients at our youth ranch because of the sensitive, confidential and therapeutic nature of of work.  However, there are many opportunities to do work that will significantly impact the kids and families we serve.

A key priority of Project Patch is to ensure the safety of our clients as well the uphold the public’s trust in our organization and work.  Because of this, we have developed a process for brining volunteers on board.  The application process varies depending on the location of service as well as level of contact with our clients.

The following are the steps for becoming a volunteer

Step 1: Fill out an online application (Click HERE).

Step 2: Reference check (Contact information and authorization provided during application)

Step 3:  Background check and if position warrants, Diana Screen

Step 4:  Interview – This is a chance to get to get to know each other better.

Step 5: Training  and Orientation
