Meadow Glade SDA Church is hosting a one-day health conference that includes breakout sessions for teens. Chuck will be presenting the following two sessions:

Topic: Depression and Anxiety
Title:  “When Every Day is a Struggle: Facing Depression and Anxiety”
Synopsis: A vast number of teens experience times of depression and anxiety. Discover why depression and anxiety affect so many teens and steps you can take to reduce their grip on you and your friends.

Topic: Technology addiction/compulsion and focus problems.
Title: “Beating Tech to Get Your Focus Back”
Synopsis:  Technology is designed to capture our time and attention. Too many people blame teens rather than helping teens develop strategies to reclaim their focus, time, and attention. Learn how to use technology in ways that benefit you rather than the tech companies.
