Spiritual Program
The spiritual program at Project Patch begins with hiring staff who are dedicated, practicing Christians, and have passed a background check. Our full-time chaplain coordinates the spiritual activities and stands ready to assist staff in accomplishing their goals of spiritual growth by:
- Supporting both girls and staff
- Exemplifying the life and teachings of Jesus Christ
- Cooperating with staff in dealing with life and spiritual issues of girls
- Leading Bible classes
- Guiding discipleship groups
- Offering one-on-one sessions with girls and staff
In addition, the chaplain conducts church services, Bible study groups, and activities directed toward the spiritual growth of residents.
