Leaders are needed who can powerfully share mission, vision, goals, and communicate methods to reach them. Our industry needs advocates that powerfully capture the impact of residential care.  We also need to earn the trust of parents, advocates and other leaders. Our clients need people who can speak on their behalf helping to fund resources and advocate for their care. Yet many leaders remain silent. Many leaders remain clinical, detached and miss opportunities to create change. This workshop explores the role of the leader as public speaker. We will develop the idea that every leader can present transformative messages through a focus on others.
