The Family Experience Registration Process

Step 1: Fill out our Pre-Registration form online. This helps our admissions staff determine whether we are the appropriate resource for your family, and if not, helps us connect you with other options.

Step 2: Your Pre-Registration form will be reviewed typically within 2 to 3 business days and you will receive a call from someone in the Admissions Department.

Step 3: To reserve your family’s place at your preferred Family Experience, half of the total cost is due at registration. Once you have spoken with our Admissions Coordinator and confirmed which date your family will be attending, you may make this payment online or over the phone.

Step 4: To assist our team in tailoring the Family Experience weekend activities to fit your family, complete your Family Registration Form.  It will be sent to you via email with instructions by the Admissions Coordinator after you’ve completed the previous steps.

Step 5: You will receive a registration packet from our Admissions Coordinator, which will include instructions for each family member to complete the Personality Inventory. Results will be incorporated into activities throughout the weekend.

Step 6: The remaining cost is due two weeks prior to your arrival for the Family Experience weekend.
