Chuck Hagele has been the CEO of Project Patch since 2010. He has worked at Project Patch since 2003 in various positions, starting as a part-time chaplain, Youth Program Administrator, and Chief Operations Officer.
He has been married to his wife Kelly since 1994, and they are parents to two girls and a boy.
He holds a Bachelor of Theology in Theology with a minor in psychology, followed by a master’s degree in business administration. He is an ICF Certified Professional Coach. He has extensive experience working with youth, starting in 1988 working at a youth camp. He served young people in paid and volunteer positions until he settled into Project Patch, a job he considers more of a passionate ministry than a job.
When not focused on being a dad or leading Patch, he enjoys running, fly-fishing, eating, reading, and pursuing any other adventure he can find.
