Liz joined Project Patch in September 2023 for her internship, working towards her master’s in social work at Northwest Nazarene University. She graduated with her bachelor’s in social work from Liberty University in 2022. In her undergraduate internship, Liz worked at Salvation Army, Boise, with their charter school, which catered to pregnant and parenting teens.
Liz waited to pursue her dream career until her daughter was older, and loves every moment of learning and growing as she finishes her degree. She has always had a desire to work with teens as they learn to grow into adulthood. Her passions are working with individuals with trauma and partnering with them as they navigate life and gain healing. She knows that God had a hand in bringing her to Project Patch!
In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. She enjoys being outside (especially at Project Patch), attending festivals and concerts, playing card games, and creating new memories with those she loves.
