Ron Terrall joined Project Patch in 2023. He started in the boys’ dorm and moved into the Chaplain position in 2024. He is passionate about serving Jesus and is an Ordained Pastor through Calvary Chapel of Downey, where he served for 28 years. Some of his ministries at Calvary Chapel Downey were: Director of the Bible College, Overseer of the Prayer Room, Overseer of the Biblical Counseling Ministry, Assistant Elementary Principal, and High School Principal. He holds a degree in Biblical Studies, as well as Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling.
Ron and his wife, Laurie, have been married for 33 years. They have an adult son, daughter, son-in-law, and a granddaughter. Ron enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, hiking and backpacking in the High Sierras.
One of his favorite Bible verses is: Titus 3 4-7 4 But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, 5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
