Winfred Scott is the Clinical Director at Project Patch. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Boise State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing clinical supervision.
Win began his career at the Department of Health and Welfare in Boise, Idaho, where he worked in the Child Protection Department for four years, followed by four additional years with the Adult Mental Health clinic. He then served on the Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) team at the Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting veterans with severe and persistent mental illness through community-based, recovery-oriented care.
Throughout his career, Win has developed extensive experience in individual and family therapy, clinical supervision, mental health assessments, court-ordered evaluations, writing court reports, and providing expert witness testimony.
Outside of his professional life, Win enjoys all things outdoors, being a devoted father to his two beautiful children, and traveling with his wonderful wife. He is also passionate about woodworking and community service. His volunteer work includes serving as camp staff for child bereavement programs, building row homes for Habitat for Humanity, leading children’s groups at a homeless shelter, and providing case management for individuals experiencing homelessness.
